Job Title: Product Technology Specialist

Quirk Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating and supporting our new owner orientation program
  • Encouraging repeat and referral business, ensuring customer satisfaction with vehicle delivery and performance
  • Establishing procedures for addressing customer concerns
  • Providing technical support to customers with technology-related questions
  • Creating engaging social media content to educate consumers about our vehicles and technology
  • Taking high-quality photos of new and used vehicles for our website
  • Performing video walkarounds to showcase our vehicles on social media
  • Maintaining a high level of Ford Pass Activation
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Apple and Android products
  • Strong computer, email, and internet skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license
