Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Centre Representative to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing customized solutions and recommendations.
• Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
• Identify client needs for specialist sales functions and refer to partners, such as Merrill, Lending, and Small Business.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in every business, product, and service transaction, leveraging available tools.

• Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Has the ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and actively share options using plain language, building rapport, and showing empathy.

• Has an intermediate level of proficiency with computers.
