Join Danieli Corporation, a leading global company in the metal industry, as a Technical Sales Manager for Rolling Guides. This remote position is based in the Northeastern, Southeastern, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and Upper Mid-West regions of the United States.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within the US territory. The successful candidate will promote and sell our products, MH Roller Guides, and related services to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Market share yearly update to establish our position and increase product leadership in the market.
  • Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of sales experience within a roller guides or steel industry setting (internship experience considered).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
