Job Summary:

The Administrative Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. This individual will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including store time and payroll functions, balancing funds, preparing deposits, and participating in store team recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.

As the onsite go-to person for employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and employment, the Admin Specialist will provide exceptional support to our team members. Additionally, they will answer and direct customer telephone calls and provide assistance on the sales floor when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check, correct, reconcile, and report daily store business activity.
  • Perform various store administrative tasks, such as inputting data in a weekly schedule, payroll corrections, coupon processing, invoice processing, and supplies ordering.
  • Participate in employee team recruiting, screening, and onboarding.
  • Security camera review and reporting.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Fill in on the retail store as needed.
Requirements:
  • A detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Availability to work Sunday through Thursday.
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to keep information confidential.
  • Ability to interact successfully with customers and co-workers.
  • 2 years of admin/office experience or equivalent.
  • 2 years of retail experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen.
