Job Title: Production Manager

Altium Packaging is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our production team and ensure the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer needs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate activities to establish production requirements and prepare a production schedule to meet customer needs.
  • Forecast weekly resin requirements based on customer needs and communicate with corporate purchasing.
  • Analyze customer requirements and plan production to ensure efficient utilization of equipment and personnel.
  • Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure timely supply.
  • Establish and publish tracking devices to measure on-time delivery.
  • Support and provide feedback to customer service, sales representatives, and plant leaders on the status of work orders.
  • Manage company and plant capacity models for all production lines.
  • Maintain month-end inventory process and develop recommendations to reduce physical inventories.
  • Maintain a list of suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Manage plant budget and submit reports to the corporate office.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a multi-task environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
