Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control production costs and inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, science, food technology, engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
