Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our high-energy Medical-Surgical unit, caring for adult and pediatric patients. As a valued member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adult and pediatric patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of hire.
  • 1+ year of LPN experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • LPN-IV Certification.
