We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our high-energy Medical-Surgical/Adult & Pediatric unit at Mercy Hospital Washington. As a LPN on our team, you will provide exceptional patient care to medical and post-operative patients, primarily adults 18 years and older, with a focus on delivering compassionate and personalized care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to medical and post-operative patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of hire.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- LPN-IV Certification.
