Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Planning & Inventory Control Associate to support our Plasma Receiving, Planning, and Operations teams. This role involves various administrative and functional responsibilities essential for the efficient processing and delivery of plasma to our manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with current cGMPs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct data entry tasks utilizing the Accounting System Database (SAP) and/or SGP.
- Prepare and manage PU/PL labels while tracking their return from manufacturing.
- Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting to facilitate inventory management and control.
- Provide administrative support, including supply ordering and record maintenance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in proprietary software, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on influencing internal teams to address urgent matters. The ability to work independently and assess situations for potential risks is crucial. Attention to detail is a must, along with the capability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically.
