Accounts Receivable Specialist

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at NorthPoint Search Group Inc, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounts receivable processing and invoicing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Track payments and conduct banking deposits.
  • Oversee the generation of reports that document profits and losses for our organization.
  • Prepare, review, and mail monthly customer statements.
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Verify and enter transactions to post revenues.
  • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  • Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by obtaining information from department heads.
  • Enter corrections for valid or authorized deductions.
  • Resolve accounts by examining payment plans and payment history to determine if collection letters need to be sent out on delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain invoice accounts, coordinate monthly transfers to the accounts receivable account, verify totals, and prepare reports.

Requirements: A strong background in financial operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary range of $55,000-$60,000, plus benefits and a great company culture.
