We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school setting.
Responsibilities- Assist Speech Language Pathologists in developing and implementing individualized speech therapy plans for students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent communication and support for students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathologists in California.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Guaranteed hours and weekly pay.
- $30-$40/hour.
- Medical insurance.
