  • Facilitates the planning and execution of patient care in conjunction with referral sources, promoting relevant services and products.
  • Conducts initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Interprets physicians' orders and patient records to ascertain conditions and appropriate treatment protocols.
  • Maintains meticulous documentation in patient medical records for all interactions and procedures.
  • Efficiently handles tasks such as receiving, preparing, repairing equipment, and managing orders and exchanges.
  • Educates patients and caregivers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment, assisting with troubleshooting as needed.
  • Ensures cleanliness and functionality of all equipment and accessories, managing inventory and supply orders.
  • Travels to various locations to deliver services directly to patients.
  • Communicates effectively and compassionately with all members of the patient care team.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
