About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Price and Signage Lead to join our team at DICK'S SPORTING GOODS INC. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are well-organized, visually appealing, and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Assist in the execution of brand standards, including visual merchandising, signage, and pricing. Ensure that all store displays are well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Team Management: Support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager in building and hiring a strong team. Observe in-store interviews and department tours to ensure that all team members are well-trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Experience: Focus on delivering exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming and inclusive store environment. Ensure that all customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Leadership Traits: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead by example, be empathetic, and collaborate with team members. Ensure that all team members are held accountable for their actions and that the store is run in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Qualifications: Prior retail sales experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds repetitively. Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with the use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
