Position Responsibilities:

The Site Supervisor will manage the daily operations of the After School Program, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting Group Leaders in program implementation.
  • Building positive relationships with families and school officials.
  • Conducting administrative tasks such as training, recruiting, and monitoring program quality.

Typical Schedule:

The standard hours for this position are Monday through Friday, typically from early afternoon until early evening, averaging around 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in education or a related field is preferred, but candidates with significant experience in education will also be considered.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with families and coworkers.
  • Ability to create a fun and dynamic learning atmosphere.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
