Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Group Leader in our After School Programs. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for students, leading and supervising a group of students during after-school hours, and developing engaging activities such as arts and crafts, games, and homework help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Interaction: Lead and supervise a group of students during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and engagement.
  • Activity Planning: Develop fun and educational activities such as arts and crafts, games, and even homework help.
  • Accountability: Keep track of student attendance and ensure that all children are accounted for at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old (16+ for Aide positions).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training.
  • Passion for working with children.
