Delmar Center RN Supervisor Job Description

Delmar Center, a leading rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Delmar, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in the state of New York
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in long-term care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
