Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the operation of recreation facilities, including setup, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Use software programs to manage customer information, track facility usage, and maintain records.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one season of experience in a related field desirable.
  • Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures, including software applications.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
