Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Banking Associate to join our Retail Branch organization. As a Banking Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing high-volume customer banking transactions, and educating customers on new technology and banking products. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial well-being and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions, including banking transactions and product referrals.
  • Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identify opportunities to refer them to branch staff or PNC ecosystem partners.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and adhere to all policies and procedures.
