Core Responsibilities

In the capacity of Senior Property Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
  • Serving as the primary Logistics and Supply Support authority for CPF.
  • Delivering services aimed at enhancing business processes and financial operations, with a focus on policy improvements, system enhancements, and internal controls related to government property and assets.
  • Acting as a key resource for CPF in standardizing and reinforcing life cycle management processes concerning government assets.
  • Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to improve asset documentation, identify potential risks, assess the effectiveness of internal controls, and ensure the accuracy of asset records while implementing necessary corrective measures.
  • Providing training sessions and support to government personnel on policies, reporting standards, and proper data management within the property management system.
This description outlines the primary duties associated with this position, with the understanding that additional responsibilities may arise.

Qualifications & Security Clearance Requirements
  • A Master's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree accompanied by at least 10 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven experience in supporting DoD Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) acquisition and life cycle initiatives, including provisioning, training, sustainment, and operational readiness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in providing logistics support.
  • In-depth knowledge of various naval systems and equipment.
  • A valid Secret security clearance, verifiable in DISS.
