Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Medical Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Kitten Nursery and Parvo ICU departments at our state-of-the-art Rob and Melani Walton Papago Park facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care and treatment of animals in isolation, intensive care units, and ensuring complete and humane care is given in a timely manner.


You will also be responsible for training new staff members, creating staffing schedules, approving time cards, and coaching staff as required. Additionally, you will coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient flow and treatment of all patients.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduation from technical school is preferred.
  • At least two years of working in the veterinary field is required.
  • Two years of supervisory experience is required.
