Drayage Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Drayage Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing shipper partners, leveraging TransLoop's technology and carrier network to identify opportunities for growth and partnership.
As a key member of our sales team, you will take complete ownership of your own book, working closely with our sales trainer to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will represent TransLoop as the main point of contact, building trust and establishing strong relationships with our customers. Your goal will be to identify opportunities for new and continued partnerships with shippers nationwide, utilizing our cutting-edge technology and industry expertise to drive business growth and success.

About the Role:
- Develop new and grow existing customer relationships
- Build deep pipeline and qualify leads
- Identify opportunities to improve our offerings, value proposition, and sales cadence
- Leverage our leading tech platform
- Design/Implement selling proposition to onboard new customers
- Identify and build new sales processes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in Drayage
- Exemplify a proven track record of high performance
- Strong writing and speaking skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience)
