Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for an experienced Bi-Lingual On-Site Supervisor in Carlisle, PA. This position is a long-term, part-time opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 to $25.00.
Responsibilities:- Support the Client Program Manager, Branch Manager, and/or Area Manager to ensure reporting and administrative tasks are completed daily.
- Ensure full compliance with all Adecco policies and procedures.
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete daily performance analyses.
- Ensure high-quality standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Adecco's position as a provider of the highest quality service to customers.
- Become familiar with managers and their areas of responsibility.
- Work on-site and promote communication with clients.
- Able to set own priorities, schedule days events, make cold calls, prepare, and give formal presentations.
- Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously.
- Must have excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Able to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Ensure Adecco compliance to customer contracts.
- 2 years of experience in a customer service provider environment that requires self-management and detailed reporting.
- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, English and Spanish.
- French a plus.
- Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
- Must be proficient in PC software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
