Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite Supervisor to support a specific shift or site at one of our largest customers in the area. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional service and impacting lives and our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues, and ensuring consistent quality.
  • Work with the customer's team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with employees ensuring they are ready for their assignment.
  • Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of their organization.
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and use the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
