Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Social Service Program, Shelter and Housing programs at our large shelter facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the program, as well as developing, implementing, and evaluating program operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of program managers, case managers, and other staff to ensure the effective delivery of program services.
  • Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, including tracking key performance indicators and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, including forecasting, planning, and monitoring expenses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders to ensure ongoing support and resources for the program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social service program administration, with a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid State Driver's License and CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
