(PT) Laboratory Supervisor, RPMGlobal
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Candidates should possess relevant coursework or specialized training beyond the high school level pertinent to the technology sector. A minimum of (1) year of experience is required. Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and computer skills are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to work with diverse groups are necessary. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.

Professionalism and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure proper upkeep of all MAC and PCs, printers, scanners, projectors, and other peripherals, including:
installation and upgrading of hardware and software
networking support
consumables replenishment
inventory management
troubleshooting and basic maintenance as required
Collaborate with the IT Department for hardware and software updates and necessary maintenance.
Assist the IT Department with the reimaging of labs as needed.
Oversee all studios.
Manage the inventory control process involving equipment loans for students.
Provide assistance with computer lab usage, software, etc., when necessary.
Support the hiring, selection, and scheduling of lab supervisors.
Offer recommendations to the Chair and/or Dean regarding equipment replacement, lab space utilization, and projections for equipment life cycles.
Encourage and promote an inclusive and diverse environment for all students, faculty, and staff.Perform all duties as assigned by the Chair and/or Dean.
Work Schedule:
Generally, Monday – Sunday, as scheduled.
Flexibility in hours and schedule is required to meet the needs of the organization.
