We are seeking a full-time Educational Support Specialist for the remainder of the school year in Richland, Washington.
About the RoleThis position involves providing 1:1 support to students with diverse needs, working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior interventions and provide positive reinforcement strategies
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and progress
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required
- Minimum 1+ years experience as a Behavior Specialist
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
