Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Health Advocates Network in Richland, WA. This is a full-time contract position that requires a minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience.

About the Role:

This Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized patient care and support in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Graduate degree from an accredited Respiratory Care program.
  • No less than 2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting.
  • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Certifications in American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS for Healthcare Providers, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date on industry best practices.
