Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electronics Engineer to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a key member of our B-2 CSAG team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex electronic systems for defense applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
  • Analyze and solve complex electronic circuitry and precision electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Identify and resolve obsolescence issues
  • Develop and implement design concepts and criteria for product research, development, integration, and test
  • Support process improvement and establishment
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience, or master's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of engineering experience
  • Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
  • Experience with RF systems, CAD or similar design tools, aerospace systems, and Air Force customers and aerospace industry and military standards
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with test planning at the circuit card, equipment, and system level
  • Experience with nuclear hardened systems, information security, COMSEC, and TEMPEST
  • Experience with DOORS and general requirements management best practices
  • Experience with embedded software development and/or cybersecurity
