We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Solution Consultant to join our team at Verint Systems. As a key member of our North America Channel Program, you will provide technical pre-sales support to our partners, helping them to effectively position and present our solutions to their customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide initial overview presentations and demonstrations that highlight the key business value of our solutions at an executive level.
- Capture partner demonstration needs and communicate them to our demonstrations environment team.
- Work closely with partner business managers and partner platform consultants to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Track partner certifications and identify areas for certification opportunities.
- Provide technical support for partner development managers' discussions with partners.
- Maintain or create partner education profile tracks for SCs, AEs, and architects by selecting the proper material from our sales enablement organization and internal LMS platforms.
- Demonstrate and provide technical support at partner trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Build relationships within our solutions consulting organization, product management, and partner operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of solution sales and/or pre-sales, enterprise sales, and/or program/product management experience.
- Strong marketing, sales, business acumen, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to interpret critical business challenges and translate them to optimal business process recommendations.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Travel expectations are 25-30%.
- Knowledge of channel partners across the US and Canada.
- Positive can-do attitude, driven, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, and team player.
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a virtual office environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and creative consultative selling skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly.
