About the Role

This Sous Chef position will play a key role in assisting the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including ordering and inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef in ordering and inventory management to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they are following safe and sanitary practices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
