Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Chef to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to lead our kitchen operations and create memorable dining experiences for our students.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality menu preparation and presentation.
  • Lead a team of cooks, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage supplies, and implement efficient kitchen procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and health regulations.
  • Assist with training new staff members and support their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook or sous chef in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Working Conditions
