Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Repack Specialist to join our team at Premier Magnesia, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate repacking of products to meet customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and adhere to all safety and work rules, wearing personal protective equipment at all times.
• Ensure quality standards are met by following established procedures and protocols.
• Pack boxes with the correct number of units per order, verifying quality and product identification standards.
• Identify and correct equipment issues, reporting to supervisors and technicians as needed.
• Meet production output goals for assigned products or processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to housekeeping standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and ability to read, write, and interpret numerical sequences.
• Previous high-volume manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull packages, stand, and perform repetitive motions.
• Capacity to work 12- or 13.5-hour shifts.
• Ability to work in an environment with fragrances, esters, dust particulates, and temperature changes.
