  • Accurately enter patient data, register patients, and update patient accounts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Verify insurance coverage and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, answer phone calls, and keep providers informed to ensure efficient communication.
  • Explain patient benefits and provide exceptional customer service to patients and families.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed to support the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Education/Skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1 year of medical office experience is preferred.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:

  • Must hold a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification in the state of employment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.

Work Schedule:

5 Days a Week, 8 Hours per Day
