- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in medical office software and technology, including electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems.
