Product Owner - Commercialization and Enabling Function Data Products
Job Summary:Genmab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to support the development and implementation of data products for our commercialization efforts and enable critical functions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and resource availability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across commercial, Medical, IT, and enabling functions to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Act as a point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data integration, accessibility, and usability across the organization.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop advanced analytics capabilities that support commercial decision-making.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of product features.
- Monitor and report on product performance, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all data products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Develop and enforce data management policies and procedures in collaboration with the IT and compliance teams.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in data management practices and technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive the evolution of core data products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, data management, or a related role within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering data products that drive business value.
- Solid understanding of Commercial, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations key processes and systems/data flow in the life sciences industry.
