Sr. Technical Architect, ServiceNow Platform

Bristol Myers Squibb is at the forefront of transforming the way medicine is made and delivered by harnessing the power of technology. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to join our team and contribute to this vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enrich the platform and enhance the user experience.
- Implement and communicate best practice principals for Architecture & Integration, ensuring they are well documented and followed by developers, administrators, and 3rd party vendors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Support ServiceNow Architecture and lifecycle management for new and existing ServiceNow Integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and backlog items are prioritized.
- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptive approach to accommodate changing requirements.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency within the team and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation with an architectural focus.
- Broad exposure to ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM (GRC/TPRM), HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Scripting, and Integration Hub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
