Child Crisis Therapist: Crisis Intervention Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis assessment, outreach, and follow-up services to clients in crisis.
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement discharge plans that utilize natural supports and promote client well-being.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with family members and other service providers.
  • Perform home and community-based care services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a mental health field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with serious emotional disorders and their families.
  • Training and experience in crisis evaluation and de-escalation techniques.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: LMSW, LMFT-A, LPC-A, or higher licenses.

Compensation: $60,496/annually minimum, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.
