Our Outpatient Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team, engaging with clients in an outpatient setting, collaborating closely with individuals and their families to enhance relationships and achieve their goals. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through program development and personalized client care.

Clinical Therapist duties include:
  • Provide therapy to adults, adolescents, children, and their families including assessment, treatment planning, individual group, and family therapy, and discharge planning
  • Participate in clinical supervision and staff meetings
  • Work as a team member to respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Contribute to agency and program visibility through the development of community ties
Our Outpatient Clinic offers a range of services, including individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric consultation, medication monitoring, parent/caregiver education and support, and consultation with schools. To qualify for this position, you must have a Master's Degree, CT Licensure or license eligible, knowledge of mental health, child welfare systems, and community resources, and good organizational and supervisory skills.
