Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at America First Credit Union. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide prompt and professional service to members, answering questions and resolving issues related to their accounts and financial transactions.
  • Financial Transactions: Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell and promote America First Credit Union's products and services to members, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and other financial products.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other branch staff to achieve team goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with members and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: None required, but previous retail sales or financial institution experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
