Your Responsibilities:
- Formulate and communicate a detailed product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated area, ensuring alignment with Social Finance Ltd's overarching goals.
- Gain a deep understanding of internal customer use cases, market trends, and business imperatives to pinpoint and promote new opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery.
- Effectively balance member needs, business objectives, and technical requirements with available resources to maximize impact.
- Foster alignment and build trust with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
- Encourage a robust product culture by developing frameworks, implementing processes, and mentoring fellow Product Managers.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to your responsibilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven capability to comprehend complex user scenarios, technical concepts, and business drivers to make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in simplifying complex issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with and manage diverse cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services products, particularly in credit or lending solutions.
