Your Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and communicate a detailed product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your designated area, ensuring alignment with Social Finance Ltd's overarching goals.
  • Gain a deep understanding of internal customer use cases, market trends, and business imperatives to pinpoint and promote new opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery.
  • Effectively balance member needs, business objectives, and technical requirements with available resources to maximize impact.
  • Foster alignment and build trust with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
  • Encourage a robust product culture by developing frameworks, implementing processes, and mentoring fellow Product Managers.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to your responsibilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven capability to comprehend complex user scenarios, technical concepts, and business drivers to make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in simplifying complex issues.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and manage diverse cross-functional stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services products, particularly in credit or lending solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is provided below. The final salary offer will be determined based on individual factors such as experience, skills, and location.
