Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of four accountants to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support strategic business decisions.
  • Oversee month-end close duties, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Provide financial support and act as a business partner to commercial and operations functions.
  • Perform month-end closing procedures and reporting, including fixed assets, inventory, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Report on key business metrics to stakeholders.
  • Lead assigned projects focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate the exchange of financial information to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Manufacturing industry or relevant industry experience.
  • Cost experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding and application of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
  • Strong business partnering and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
