Job Title: Director of Regional Human Resources

Location: Billings Clinic Main Campus

Job Summary

The Director of Regional Human Resources is a strategic business partner responsible for contributing to the growth, development, and profitability of Billings Clinic, Human Resources, and Regional Operations. This role requires a strong understanding of human capital management, operational excellence, and lean six sigma process improvement principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and advance the mission and vision of Billings Clinic, Human Resources, and Regional Operations through understanding each owned branch clinic and affiliate/managed facility's culture, financial performance, business goals, and priorities.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, working collaboratively with branch clinic leadership teams, affiliate/managed site CEOs, and Human Resources teams to identify priorities, risk areas, and anticipate human resources-related needs of each facility.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and regulatory requirements by studying existing, new, or proposed legislation/regulations and identifying new trends and proactively advising management on needed actions.
  • Facilitate human resource due diligence and risk assessment processes as it relates to new affiliate/managed or acquisition prospects.
  • Ensure the success and credibility of Billings Clinic, Human Resources, and Regional Operations through the delivery of innovative, quality, and cost-efficient human resource programs that support an integrated regional network.
Requirements
  • 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years of HR Manager/Director experience required, preferably in a multi-location healthcare environment.
  • Human Resource certification desirable.
  • Current Montana Driver's license and the ability to be insured to operate motor vehicles.
