Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Plan and process portable exhibit displays, including securing booth spaces, handling shipping details, and final invoicing.
- Order Processing: Process orders via phone, email, custom order forms, and client websites.
- Inventory Management: Have an analytical mindset and love for inventory process in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to capture and clarify all information required to process requests.
- Project Setup: Setup projects through company systems.
- Estimate Creation: Create client estimates based on defined contracts or rate schedules, when applicable.
- Work Order Creation: Create internal work orders for in-house work to be performed per client order received.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate and manage logistics of roundtrip shipping.
- Inventory Maintenance: Monitor and maintain in partnership with warehouse personnel the return of display items, condition, and next use of items.
- Status Reporting: Generate and maintain weekly status reports for clients.
- Workflow Integration: Integrate and support all other workflow tools and procedures as required by management and/or clients.
- Invoicing: Responsible for invoicing all assigned projects and reviewing with manager.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Meetings and Training: Attend weekly internal status and external client status meetings. Participate in client service training sessions that aid in career development.
- Support and On-Call: Support account teams on one-off projects as required during busy show seasons. May require on-call support during off-hours to support internal and external client base.
- Time Management and Attention to Detail: Strong time management skills and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects in various stages.
- Communication: Be able to communicate professionally in writing and verbally.
- Adaptability: Ability to juggle multiple projects and to adapt to fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience: Experience in tradeshows and events a bonus, but not required.
- Education: A college degree is preferred, but not required.
