Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our overnight maintenance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a maintenance crew to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety work rules and reinforce safety as a core value
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated work relationship and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including work orders and PMs
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in mechanics and electronics
  • 2+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance and supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn computerized maintenance management systems
  • Knowledge of basic mechanics, welding, electrical, fabrication, boilers, refrigeration, and preventative maintenance
