Key Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Operations Director will lead the site's engineering initiatives, oversee plant projects, and drive continuous improvement to enhance capacity, reliability, and operational excellence.

Job Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 3–5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or production control environments.

Essential Functions
  • Monitor plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversight of facilities for regulatory compliance, ensuring repairs are cost-effective and establishing criteria for repair versus replacement.
  • Lead strategy for controls and operating systems of plant equipment, providing troubleshooting support to Plant Mechanics and Electricians.
  • Plan, develop, and prioritize projects and weekly work plans, ensuring materials are ordered, designs are completed, and budgets are adhered to.

Work Environment

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
