The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Job Description

The Nursing Services Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of nursing triage, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. This role involves working closely with the Director of Clinical Services-Medical to oversee the Registered Nurse staff in triage and care management delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, and excellent communication skills to motivate and develop individuals and teams. The successful candidate will also be able to use resources effectively, efficiently, and lead process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing triage operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Services-Medical to oversee Registered Nurse staff in triage and care management delivery
  • Motivate and develop individuals and teams through effective communication and leadership
  • Use resources effectively and efficiently to achieve goals
  • Lead process improvement activities to enhance patient care and services
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • A current WI RN License and BLS certification
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of telephone triage experience
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • 1-3 years in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an ambulatory care setting
