Administrative Support Specialist

Havel, a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction services, is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter time sheets and issue purchase orders
- Distribute and file paperwork for projects
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and delivery of services
- Assist with billings and requesting POs from customers
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
