Job Title: Transactional Attorney with Nonprofit Experience

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a highly skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team for a temporary opportunity with a global nonprofit organization headquartered in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with corporate transactions, including contract review and negotiation, within a nonprofit setting.

This is a hybrid position that will require 4 days of work in the client's Washington, DC office. If you are a motivated and experienced attorney looking for a new challenge, please apply with a copy of your resume in Word format for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate corporate contracts
  • Provide legal advice on corporate transactions
  • Work closely with the client's team to ensure successful project outcomes

Requirements:

  • DC bar admission (active/in good standing)
  • Prior experience with corporate transactions in a nonprofit setting
