Your Role
We are in search of dedicated candidates for the position of Service Support Specialist/Busser/Expo/Food Runner who will embrace this mission as part of our remarkable team. The Service Support Specialist is essential to our operations, ensuring that our professional service staff has all necessary supplies. This role involves clearing dishware, polishing utensils and glassware, and preparing dining tables for service. It is a dynamic position that requires team members to maintain a swift pace. Successful candidates should possess prior experience in hospitality, along with a demonstrated history of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Ideally, candidates will have experience as a Service Support Specialist in a similar high-volume, upscale environment.

Required Experience:
Two years of experience preferred. Experience in fine dining is advantageous.
Knowledge of server and guest needs is essential.
All team members must have a reachable telephone number.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to perform all job functions while adhering to the specified uniform, including appropriate footwear.
Professional and clear communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute job functions in line with performance standards.
2. Carry out Service Support opening and closing duties as instructed.
3. Ensure dining area cleanliness and safety; report any concerns to management.
4. Assist servers with cleaning and resetting tables.
5. Set up and maintain service support stations.
6. Clean and restock restrooms throughout the shift.
7. Properly dispose of waste, stack plates, wrap glasses, separate silverware, and manage used linens.
8. Prepare for large parties and prioritize table resets with the host department.
9. Notify the host department or management of table availability.
10. Restock plates, flatware, and glassware in designated areas.
11. Attend all team meetings and contribute suggestions for improvements.
12. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
13. Always work with a focus on teamwork.
14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
