Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the production of High Voltage Battery systems at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of production plans, while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical and disciplinary direction of production floor teams
  • Accountable for strategic execution of production plans through process optimization and Lean Manufacturing
  • Ensure on-time delivery of production targets
  • Provide fault analysis and definition of measures in the event of plant malfunctions
  • Assist in hiring and training of new employees
  • Report production results to Operations team
  • Support Continuous Improvement (CIP) measures, maintenance, and servicing activities
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the production floor
  • Prepare and update production documentation
  • Schedule and oversee production and maintenance technicians
  • Implement and organize safety instructions based on current regulations
  • Participate in recruiting production employees
  • Regularly train and develop the qualification matrix of production employees
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in an Engineering discipline (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) highly preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient with communicating technical and non-technical concepts
  • Examples of successfully anticipating and solving problems
  • High level of ownership, commitment, loyalty, and team spirit; independent, precise, and goal-oriented work style
  • Team player with hands-on mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
